The article presents author's views regarding geographical ignorance in American students. The author presents concerns over the results of studies confirming a shocking level of geographical ninnyism among the young. The newspapers are constantly running results of surveys showing what percentage of citizens don't know even who their congressman is. Geography crisis is actually an elaborate prank played by high-school students on whichever institution is spending a lot of grant money trying to gauge the depths of their abysmal ignorance.
