The article focuses on the inquiry conducted by the 9/11 Commission regarding the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 in the U.S. Aviation security expert Bogdan Dzakovic revealed the airlines security problems that existed on the day of the attack. He said that the federal officials were not able to fix the problems because they cave in to the pressure from the airlines industry. Additionally, the administration of U.S. President George W. Bush did not even bother to assess the effectiveness of the policy changes enforced after the attacks. The government did not reveal the report of the examination of the intelligence failures of 9/11. There are concerns that the 9/11 Commission will be thwarted by the administration.
